The Albufera of Alcúdia is a marshy area, with an approximate area of 2,580 ha and aperimeter of 32 kilometers. Of the more than 350 species listed in the Balearic Islands, more than 250 can be seen in S'Albufera in any season and include:
- Heron (Ardea purpurea)
-Gallinule (Porphyrio Porphyrio)
-Osprey (Pandion haliaetus)
-Crested coot (Fulica cristata)
-Teal duck (Marmaronetta angustirostris)
-Kentish Plover (Charadrius alexandrinus)
-Squacco Heron (Ardeola ralloides)
-Eleonora's falcon (Falco eleonorae) feeding area
- Hoopoe (Upupa epops)
-Curlew (Burhinus oedicnemus)
-Black-winged Stilt (Himantopus himantopus)
-Heron (Ardea purpurea)

The Gola de Pollença is a Wetland located in a dry bed of the confluence of various streams , heading to the sea, in the heart of Port de Pollença (Mallorca).
Calvià
355 species of birds have been found in the Balearics, more than 50% of which were found in Calvia.
